  • Book A Service

    Every service booked between May 23rd and June 15th will get you one entry into the giveaway. The services can be scheduled any time in the future but need to be booked within the timeframe mentioned above!

  • Bring A Friend

    If you and a friend book services together, you BOTH will recieve one additional entry into the giveaway!

  • Gift Card

    Buy a $50 gift card and receive 1 entry. Maximum of 2 gift cards.

How to Enter (Maximum 5 Entries)

1. Book a Service
Book any service between May 23 and June 15 = 1 entry
(Appointments can be scheduled for any future date—just book during the entry window.)

2. Bring a Friend
If you and a friend both book services, you each get 1 bonus entry.

3. Buy a Gift Card
Purchase a gift card of $50 or more = 1 entry per card (limit 2 gift card entries)

4. No Purchase Necessary
Mail a postcard with your full name, phone number, and email address to:

Be sure to include the phrase: "Reviv Lounge Giveaway Entry – No Purchase"
Each valid postcard counts as 1 entry (maximum 5 entries).
Must be postmarked by June 15, 2025, and received by June 16, 2025.

The Prize

One winner will receive: 2 Morgan Wallen Tickets in Row G
Approximate Retail Value: $700

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on June 17, 2025.
We will notify the winner by email, phone, or direct message. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.

Eligibility and Conditions

  • Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

  • Limit 5 entries per person, regardless of entry method.

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • This giveaway is void where prohibited.

  • By entering, you agree to allow Reviv Lounge to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes.
